Job Description
- Responsible for HW Maintenance and HW Troubleshooting. HW such as notebooks, fingerprint readers..etc.
- Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
- Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.).
Job Requirements
- Solid Experience must be at least 3+ years of relevant experience.
- HW Maintenance and troubleshooting is a must
- At least, very good level in writing, reading English.
