Job Description

  • Distributing and archiving all documents as instructed.
  • Maintain the office rules among employees.
  • Support HR personnel.
  • Schedule client's meetings, and assure meeting room is in order.
  • Follow up on all office supply stocks, and issue purchase orders monthly.
  • Assist office members with any administrative work needed.
  • Support top management by any tasks assigned.
  • Work is from 9am - 6pm
  • Friday and Saturday off.

  • Presentable Female.
  • 1-3 years experience.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • High MS Office proficiency.
