Job Description

  • Supporting administrative staff
  • Preparing customer balances and reconciling accordingly
  • Supporting cs staff in handling and documenting customer accounts
  • Documentation and reporting
  • Ordering supplies and keeping track of the usage,
  • Ensuring if everything is working in a perfect manner
  • keeping a close look at all equipment in the company and taking relevant action if the equipment does not work properly or damages
  • Using technology to keep the company updated behind the curtains
  • Keeping office supplies stocked

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduate (Bachelor’s Degree).
  • Typing speed and accuracy is strongly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of MS office.
  • Female.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Experience is not required but preferred.
