Job Description
- Supporting administrative staff
- Preparing customer balances and reconciling accordingly
- Supporting cs staff in handling and documenting customer accounts
- Documentation and reporting
- Ordering supplies and keeping track of the usage,
- Ensuring if everything is working in a perfect manner
- keeping a close look at all equipment in the company and taking relevant action if the equipment does not work properly or damages
- Using technology to keep the company updated behind the curtains
- Keeping office supplies stocked
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduate (Bachelor’s Degree).
- Typing speed and accuracy is strongly preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS office.
- Female.
- Good Communication skills.
- Experience is not required but preferred.
