Job Description
- Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls.
- Provide required information to callers.
- Greet persons entering the branch.
- Deal with queries from external & internal customers.
- Receive and sort emails and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments & coordinate meetings.
- Receive providers' claims according to the operational instructions.
Job Requirements
- Very good command of English language.
- Experience in call center/customer service is an asset.
- Discipline & strict compliance with policies & procedures.
- Ability to learn, seek knowledge and self-development.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.
