Key Responsibilities
- Prepare excellent quality proposals for clients.
- Budgeting and forecasting company profitable sales targets.
- Responsible for sales performance, schedules, and achievements.
- Work closely with colleagues to design, implement, analyze and deploy new sales tactics and business processes.
- Manage partner relationships to increase business and identify new opportunities for company partnerships
- Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Competencies:
- The software industry is a must
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in promoting business software solutions such HCM, POS, ERP, BI, Cloud-based environment in the Middle East region
- Capable of conducting impressive presentations for clients based on their needs and requirements.
- Good knowledge of Middle East markets and a strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements.
- Excellent Knowledge of software solutions such as ERP, HCM and POS.
- Solid technical background, sound IT terminology.
- Excellent Knowledge of the sales process with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs using fact-finding to identify sales opportunities.
- Demonstrated results in meeting sales targets/business development goals.
- Influential team player, with leadership skills.
- Confident, resilient and presentable with cooperative team spirit.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with executive level, operations, IT and business owners.
- Fluency in English is essential while fluency in another European language would be beneficial
