- Installation and Configuration software application at the client site
- Assists external clients in the implementation of HIS software technical system.
- Demonstrated ability on understanding client’s Business life cycle to be implemented it to application functions.
- Tests and troubleshoots final system setups.
- Provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
- Interfaces with training Section Manager & Project Manager.
- Reports to Projects manager
- Follow CMM-I Lv 4 implementation process.
Job Requirements
- BSC .of Computer Science / pharmaceutical .
- Previous Experience about healthcare Software Applications that serves the Healthcare Sector.
- It Specialist on HIS Applications.
- V.good English language.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Key skills are observation, curiosity, and patience.
- Ability to work independently in a team environment.
