Job Description
- Identify and evaluate future and current training needs in all the company branches around the world via job analysis, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
- Apply an overall or individualized training and development plans that address needs and expectations
- Apply skillfully a wide variety of training methods
- Conduct efficient induction and orientation sessions
- Monitor and evaluate training program’s efficiency, success and ROI periodically and report on them
- Manage and control training budget
- Provide opportunities for continuous improvement of employees performance
- Continuously develop his/her skills and understanding of training trends, developments and training best practices
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a training manager in a well established organization (preferably multinational)
- HR Diploma (MBA is a plus)
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
