Job Description
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter.
- Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems.
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
- Create and verify backups of data.
- Respond to and resolve help desk requests.
- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution.
- Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, malware protection software and other processes.
- Install and test computer-related equipment.
- Design and deploy networks.
- Administer servers, desktop computers, laptops, printers, routers, switches, access points, firewalls, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
Job Requirements
- A computer science or Information Technology or Equivalent degree required.
- Good English language: spoken and written is a must.
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Operating Systems (XP, 7, 8, 8.1, 10, Windows server 2003 - 2008 - 2012) and Microsoft Office versions.
- Domain Environment high skills required (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, etc.)
- Desktops and Laptops Hardware installation and Troubleshoot is a must.
- Experience in the same field for 2 years at least.
