Job Brief:
- We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
- You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Management Sales Planes
- Setting the yearly business plan and cascade it to team on monthly basis.
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Evaluate the team performance through set of KPIs on quarterly basis
- Achieving and follow up the team target
- Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Faculty Of Science (Chemistry or microbiology)or Bsc of bullishness administration .
- Experience in Medical Supply Sales,Diagnostic Kits Sales, Medical Devices Sales and Hospital Supply Sales – STRONGLY Preferred.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent command of English & Arabic (written & spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully manage relations with external and internal clients
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
