Job Description

Job Brief:

  • We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
  • You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Management Sales Planes
  • Setting the yearly business plan and cascade it to team on monthly basis.
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Evaluate the team performance through set of KPIs on quarterly basis
  • Achieving and follow up the team target
  • Presenting sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Job Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in Faculty Of Science (Chemistry or microbiology)or Bsc of bullishness administration .
  • Experience in Medical Supply Sales,Diagnostic Kits Sales, Medical Devices Sales and Hospital Supply Sales – STRONGLY Preferred.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent command of English & Arabic (written & spoken)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully manage relations with external and internal clients
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
