Job Description

  • Should be Good in Core SAP HCM Sub modules-Payroll
  • ( Mandatory KSA Payrolls )
  • Excellent knowledge on Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organization Management, & ESS/MSS
  • Operational knowledge for Sub module- Enterprise compensation Management
  • Added Advantage if knows Talent Management Sub modules
  • Can Setup of Basic Pay , additional Payments and Recurring Payments and Deduction
  • Expertise in Wage Type Creation
  • Good knowledge in payroll Functions
  • Payslip setup using Remuneration Statement
  • Working knowledge on Personnel Calculation Rules and Schema customization
  • Integration with Finance & Costing Limelight Embedded Player"

Job Requirements

  • English and Arabic language (fluent in both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work in a shadow / shift mode in country for a specified period of time
  • Analytical ability and Data gathering and diagnosis ability
  • Good Communication & Facilitation skills
  • Strong ability to understand complex system landscape configuration considering the E2E view
  • ITI graduated and Experience
