Job Description
- Prepare agenda and assignments for Training Class.
- Evaluate performance, create reports, and coach trainees for success.
- Manage and handle trainees' behavior.
- Analyze performance and make necessary material updates.
Job Requirements
- Graduate.
- Flexible with rotational shifts & working hours.
- Flexible to work on weekends.
- Flexible to work till 12 am (Door to Door transportation is provided for Females)
- Excellent English Skills (Verbal & Written).
- Teaching/Training background is a Plus.
- Customer Service Experience is a Plus
- For Males, Military Status should be Exempted or Completed.
- Full time employees only.
