Job brief:
- Team Lead to manage his team and provide effective guidance.
- Team Lead will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
- Team lead will be the contact point for all team members, so his communication skills should be excellent.
- Team Lead should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
Software Team Lead responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking
- Suggest and organize team building activities
- Lead a team of software Engineers in the creation of high quality software within agreed project deadlines. Assume a high level of ownership of all work developed by members of the team.
- Train and integrate new team members and proactively support the continued development of existing team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Developer for More than 8 years.
- Proven previous experience as a Software Technical Lead.
- Experience in Computer graphic.
- Knowledge of C# and OpenGL.
- Strong geometry Knowledge.
- Good command of English language.
