Job Description
- Manage all the factory activities and operations in all its phases starting from material and production planning till the stage of storing and delivery of the final product.
- Formulate, monitor and control factory's budget, ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of resources, plus the minimization of cost and the availability of needed resource as and when required.
- Reviewing control of planned output, budget spending, material efficiency, and engineering effectiveness.
- Maintain all administrative records and control costs to achieve company budget goals.
- Check the factory machinery performance and study the new up-to-date machines, if required, for developing the production progress, quality and cutting cost.
- Manage daily operations in our facility.
- Prepare, analyze and issue production and performance reports.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program.
Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelines. - Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility.
- Training of staff to maximize output.
- Work to maintain artistic quality and ensure best technical practices with account to given budgets and resources.
- Responds to emergency call-out situations and performs standby duty for response on weekends, off-hours and holidays according to predetermined schedule.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering (PMP certificate & MBA in Production Management would be an added value).
- 5+ years of experience, 2+ year’s supervisory experience.
- Previous experience in the same industry is a must (Textile / Fashion).
