Job Description
- Can transfer the information easily in a simple way.
- Involve all students in the lesson.
- Provide time for the students to practice the skills being taught.
- Develop and implement a classroom management scheme, which emphasizes an excellent classroom learning environment.
- Maintain control in the classroom and apply disciplinary measures in accordance with School policies.
- Keep an up-to-date written preparation and lesson plans to be presented to the supervisor or school principal upon request.
- Take all necessary actions to help weak students.
- Attend all assigned parents’ meeting and all general students’ assemblies.
- Maintain good professional relations with colleagues, students and parent.
- Accept responsibility for extra-curricular activities as assigned.
- All stuff members are on duty whenever they are on school campus. When you see a student not observing rules, it is your duty to deal with that behavior. Serious problems are to be reported to School administration.
- Checks and corrects all homework, assignments, classwork, copybooks and books on regular basis.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in the English language
- Bachelor's degree in a related field will be preferred.
- Very high communication skills
- Having passion to teach.
