Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full ownership of the sales forecast environment and primary administrator.
  • Review and understand general organization sales processes and assist in defining required features and mapping on sales forecast features to business process.
  • Manage creating accounts and seize accounts ownership for Account Managers.
  • Coordinate and collect a weekly-consolidated commit records from the Account Managers.
  • Generate a weekly based reports for the following subjects:
  • Sales commit records for account managers including accumulative commit/slip records.
  • QTD and YTD sales achievement report per Account Manager
  • Generate a quarterly based reports for the following subjects:
  • Sales achievement report for preceding quarter per organization / Account manager
  • Sales Performance report (to be designed and shared with the Sales Team)
  • Collect quarterly forecast numbers and projects for each Account Manager.
  • Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings of the weekly sales meetings and required actions.
  • Provide the required support for the Sales team with anything subject related to the sales forecast tool.
  • Conduct a system orientation session for new Account Managers.

Job Requirements

Education:BA or BS degree in any discipline

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a similar position.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • High typing speed (Arabic & English)
  • Very Good usage of Excel, WinWord and Power Point, and database software.
  • Good Command of English and Arabic, both spoken and written
