Main Role
- Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources and managing after sales activities.
- Responsibilities Delivering units and insure the satisfaction of the client
- Responsible for the collection to be paid on it's date and solve any problems with the concerning departments.
- Responsible for the client's modification requests and delivering it to the technical office engineers and follow up with the construction manager.
- Closing for the sales activity cycle and follow up complaints from the client side.
Job Requirements
- 7-10 Experience preferably with Real Estate background.
- Management skills.
- Excellent communication skills
