Job Description

  • Ensuring meetings are effectively organised and minuted 
  • Managing telephone calls.
  • Supplying and getting data and directly talking to a stable person.
  • Keeping a check on the inventory of the office materials and normal office supplies 
  • Maintaining effective records and administration
  • Communication and correspondence management
  • Welcoming guests , replying to the queries and directing them to stable engineer.
  • Writing proposals and quotations. 

Job Requirements

The secretary should be:

  • University degree , (Business administration is a plus)
  • Multi tasking ,
  • Organisation skills ,
  • Good time management ,Hard working,
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office ,ICDL is a plus.
  • Presentable and smart
