- Ensuring meetings are effectively organised and minuted
- Managing telephone calls.
- Supplying and getting data and directly talking to a stable person.
- Keeping a check on the inventory of the office materials and normal office supplies
- Maintaining effective records and administration
- Communication and correspondence management
- Welcoming guests , replying to the queries and directing them to stable engineer.
