Job Description
- Prepare monthly financial statements balance sheet, profit and loss, by auditing the general ledger and registering all end of month regularization.
- Responsible for general ledger, analysis, control and justification of accounts balances.
- Monitor and collect various accounts receivable.
- Maintain bank accounts balance, and forecast disbursements.
- Oversee financial discrepancies investigations and internal audit findings, provide support and recommendations for the efficient resolution.
- Ensure records of all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Cooperate with external auditors to carryout internal auditing.
- Tasks of recording operations, daily restrictions and managing accounts program
- The responsibility of analyzing all accounts of the general budget - Responsibility for issuing all monthly and annual financial reports (income statement - financial position - cash flows - change in equity)
- The responsibility of the audit with the Office of the Legal Auditor and provide him with the necessary reports, analyzes and documents
- The responsibility to follow up and terminate all tax obligations (income - stamp - discount - work gain - ...)
Job Requirements
- Males Only
- Preferably 6 of October & sheikh zayed Residence .
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations.
- Accurate & detail-Oriented.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel…etc.).
