Job Description
- Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate.
- Handle Social Media tasks(posting, commenting, boost posts)
- Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping.
- Manage and handle the tasks for the sales team.
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
