Develop and maintain training dashboards that provide key performance indicators (KPIs) that convey the value the training program is creating in support of business objectives.
Partner with Business Services team as an internal consultant in the identification, development, and implementation of organizational effectiveness interventions aimed at process and procedure improvements.
Act as a change agent providing the support and mechanism to implement major changes to the operations of the business and provide coaching to leaders and Senior Management as needed. Coordinate with external consultants on current strategic business plan initiatives.
Assist with the development and delivery of employee onboarding reviewing professional publications;
Oversee implementation of corporate training programs – logistics, scheduling, materials etc.
Responsible for training the trainer programs
Partner with the Leadership team on succession planning and leader development
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Bachelor’s Degree in, Business Administration or equivalent discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in training facilitation, coaching, recruiting, succession planning, internal and external communications and employee engagement programs.
TOT or PCT certified is a plus
Excellent command of both written and verbal English
Cairo or Giza Resident nearby “ElMohandseen” is preferred
