Job Description
OFFICE MANAGEMENT
- Process organization’s incoming mail and distribute as necessary.
- Ensure office is properly supplied by ordering from various vendors.
- Regularly check maintenance of office equipment to maintain professional quality.
- Maintain office filing system and manage office administrative logistics.
- Arrange and book associate travel when necessary.
- Ordering stationery and furniture.
- Handling correspondence, complaints, and queries.
- Preparing letters, presentations, and reports.
SUPPORT PRESIDENT AND CEO
- Handle all administrative support for the President/CEO.
- Manage president’s calendar and provide assistance when scheduling appointments.
- All other duties as assigned by the President/CEO.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a BA with strong office management ability.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to use a range of software packages.
- Ability to multi task and prioritize daily workload.
- Action oriented individual who enjoys working hard and looks for challenges and has an decent understanding of general management.
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills to follow up on all issues related to the office.
- Honest, trustworthy, respectful, and demonstrates sound work ethics.
- Discretion, teamwork, confidentiality and diplomacy are needed for this position.
- Working hours from 9 AM : 5 PM & one day off.
- Preferable Sheikh Zayed or 6th October residents for work proximity. Farm location is 30 minutes from the gates of Cairo-Alex Hwy, next to Dina Farms. Transportation may be provided.
