About the job:

  • Online Sales executive promote and sell the company's products and services and broaden the demand through online channels and eCommerce .
  • Handle Targeted customers including pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, businesses, Medical institutions and government organizations ( Online retail)
  • As well as approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new business; sales executives work to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for the Visibility of our products across all portals online Sales.
  • Promotion of products Online.
  • Developing relations with all portals i.e. Visiting /Meetings on regular basis.
  • Coordination and follow up with various departments and vendors
  • Maintain Database/ Reports Presenting the product in a structured professional way.
  • track to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
  • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers.
  • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
  • Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office & entering figures into a computer system.
  • Process all correspondence and paperwork related to accounts.
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
  • Inform clients of available options for advertising art, formats or features, and provide samples.
  • Deliver advertising or illustration proofs to clients for approval.
  • Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, media kits, and sales contracts.
  • Writing daily and weekly reports and monthly sales.
  • Bidding on online Portals for IT Projects

Job Requirements

Technical skills :

  • High university degree.
  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years’ specialty in sales field - preferable medical background
  • +1 years experience selling e-Commerce products into the B2B and B2C sectors
  • Open minded, with strong learning and adaptation ability.
  • Ability to work with different teams in a multicultural and team player
  • Complex Problem Solving.
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
  • Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to understand basic technical requirements
  • Ability to comprehend, confidence to commit and network widely
  • Experience in Online, Email, Digital Marketing
  • Understanding of Data center/ Hosting services
  • Good Knowledge & Exp. of selling on Web through B2B

Analytical skills:

  • Must be able to look at their work effort and examine how they can develop the sales and persuasive ways that will be perceived by the consumer to ensure they convey the client’s desired needs.

Communication skills:

  • Must communicate effectively with clients, customers to ensure the customer satisfaction and fulfill their needs
  • Have improved negotiation skills, convey and deliver the information to the customers effectively.
  • Computer skills:
  • Excellent using MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook).
  • Creativity
  • Must be able to think of new approaches to communicating ideas to consumers.
  • Ability to develop unique convincing ways that carry a recognizable meaning on behalf of their clients.
  • Time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time, each with a different deadline
