Process weekly replenishment orders for reagents and spare parts and order instruments as per sales orders received
Deal with customs issues and required paperwork from global to facilitate the customs clearance and get Ministry of health approval and other approvals needed for reagents , instruments and spare parts
Communicate with our Roche Global order management, global purchase planners and maintain a good relation to able to seek support when needed
Determine impact/action plan for scrap stock and slow moving stock and ensure the homogeneity of stock level to have 2 month stock available all time with a close monitoring of consumption trends and provide stock analysis on a monthly basis with action needed.

Fluent English
Knowledge of inventory control techniques, working knowledge and application of planning functions related to Capacity Planning (CPS), Material Requirements planning (MRP), and interfacing systems.
Sap knowledge is a must in MM and Apo.
Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and tasks and demonstrated flexibility in a changing business environment.
Models a positive can-do attitude and is cooperative both within their function and company-wide.
Execute tasks in a timely manner without direct supervision.
Able to prioritize tasks.
Demonstrated strong commitment and dedication to the organization on a consistent basis.
Willing to travel as needed.
