Job Description

SUPPORT PRESIDENT AND CEO

  • Handle all administrative support for the President/CEO.
  • Gather, prepare and edit monthly President’s Report for distribution to Board of Directors.
  • Communicate and maintain correspondence with board members.
  • Manage president’s calendar and provide assistance when scheduling appointments.
  • Attend board meetings, special events and all other occasions when asked.
  • All other duties as assigned by the President/CEO.

LIAISON TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

  • Act as administrative liaison between board members and DOORWAYS.
  • Provide administrative support to committee chairpersons as required.
  • Arrange logistics for meetings as needed including room and technology reservations.
  • Assist in organizing the orientation of new board members.
  • Maintain and update board and committee information as needed.
  • Take official minutes at monthly board meetings in place of board secretary.

OFFICE MANAGEMENT

  • Process organization’s incoming mail and distribute as necessary.
  • Ensure office is properly supplied by ordering from various vendors.
  • Regularly check maintenance of office equipment to maintain professional quality.
  • Oversee digital phone system and update staff directory as needed. Complete maintenance requests on behalf of office and routinely follow-up to ensure completion.
  • Coordinate and oversee monthly staff meetings.
  • Arrange and book all staff travel.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a BA with strong office management experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Proven track record in exceeding goals.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in taken & preparing of minutes of meeting.
  • Exceptional capacity for managing and leading and solving people’s issues.
  • Action oriented individual who enjoys working hard and looks for challenges and have a thorough understanding of general management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to follow up on all issues related to the office.
  • Honest, trustworthy, respectful, and demonstrate sound work ethics
