Job Description
- Establish and execute the company's financial strategy to ensure maximum profitability and ongoing cost reduction
- Establish all banking, insurance, auditing, tax relationships and any other outsourced financial products.
- Establish strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to raise capital for the company, including negotiation procurement of debt and equity capital.
- Establish strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to provide our clients, who need to go green on credit, the most cost-effective financial solution.
- Preparing financial visibility studies for our client investments in the solar energy field.
- Presents investment opportunities and related analysis while pitching proposed course of action in management meetings.
- Manage all accounting matters; receivables and payable.
- Establish financial policy across all department to ensure greater stability and less risk
- Manage credit client assessment to ensure a stable cash flow and less risk exposure
- Contribute and participate in all investor relations discussions and assessing acquisition opportunities by representing the financial aspect of the company.
- Prepares monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends.
- Responsible of all daily Transaction, Review and Post Service Center Reports.
- Preparing all daily entry for Customer Accounts, Bookkeeping, Bank Transaction, and Bank Reconciliation.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in financial and accounting management in the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of the banking system and other capital raising opportunities
- Degree in accounting, business management, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent and successful relationship builder.
