Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Drive our lead generation, social media and content marketing efforts
  • Our customers are primarily A+ class real estate customers.
  • Keep track of campaign pacing, budgets, budget recommendations and results
  • Hands-on management of Paid Social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, and LinkedIn
  • Daily budget management, bid optimization, ad testing, audience targeting, data mining
  • Analyzing daily campaign performance of Paid Social campaigns
  • Pioneer the strategy for how to grow audience across channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other sources such as Pinterest
  • Lead social media strategy to drive engagement, audience growth, and conversation across all social accounts.
  • Concept, post and daily monitoring of content on all social media sites; respond to questions in a professional, timely manner
  • Set specific social media objectives and report on ROI monthly to determine effectiveness; suggest changes for improvement.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g., text, photos, videos, sales, and promotions).
  • Work with Marketing Director to determine social media ad spend and budget.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the real estate industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field
  • Experience in product sales is preferred
  • 2-4 years social media experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication.
  • A good understanding of Google analytics and other web analytics packages
  • 2+ years in a hands-on role managing Digital Media campaigns
  • Experience in Paid Social required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills. Must be able to gather, analyze, summarize, and present data.
  • Experience with the MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as work in a team in a collaborative, problem-solving environment
