Job Description
- Setting annul targets / objectives and meet them with the accounting teams.
- Dealing with emergences and unplanned accounting Problems.
- Review accounting reports, charts, histograms and statistics.
- Measure and develop the performance of the department Team.
- Follow up the daily works in the accounting department internally and externally.
- Review all accounting reports before present them to the management
- Review past years’ accounts and compare them with the present and forecasted accounts.
- Prepare and Review the monthly trial balances and income statements.
- Discuss and conduct the external auditors to determine the required actions.
- Follow up the taxes status and ensure the taxes payments on time.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of all accounts’ records and reports.
- Create and Maintain the chart of accounts of the organization.
- Participate in preparing the monthly financial reports including the balance sheets, income statements, assets depreciations, and the trial balances.
- Discuss and review the final financial reports with the external legal accountant quarterly.
- Analyze the monthly expenses with determine the deviation items.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accountant
- Diploma in Accountant
