Job Description
- Process orders via email or phone
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the administration department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Develop monthly sales reports
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Assist the CEO & Chairman in preparing business PowerPoint presentations & taking minutes of meeting.
- Attending outside Cairo exhibitions if needed.
- Responsible for Customer Satisfaction Survey.
- Making online Recruitment & media advertising.
- Manage all related expenses & day to day operation.
Job Requirements
- Required Fluent English with high PowerPoint skills.
- Flexibility to travel outside Cairo.
- Females Only.
- Ramsis or Ghamra residents is preferred.
