Job Description
- Working as an intermediary between the buyers, sellers, renters & rentees.
- Generating lists of potential properties that compatible with a buyer's needs.
- Convincing clients to buy and sell properties at the right price, and use persuasion to close deals.
- Will ensure clients are being properly communicated and addressed with all tools offered by Katameya Real Estate.
- Dealing with HR departments in Multinational companies, Embassies, Chambers, clubs.
- Focusing on attracting the Expatriates to rent & buy.
- Administrates the company’s social media marketing and advertising.
- Oversees all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy, this includes design, production and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads and direct response for Katameya Real estate marketing position.
- Will be working closely with CEO and Agents to ensure promotional needs are all covered.
- Ability to liaise and negotiate with both internal and external clients, providing service excellence at all times.
Job Requirements

- High competence in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
