Job Description
We are looking for a reliable candidate.
Responsibilities
- Keeping the organization running smoothly while supporting the outreach the company is doing. This outreach may be coordinating appointments with the community, asking for donations from supporters or meeting with local officials. The scale of the organization and its mission can vary greatly.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
- Maintain and safeguard agency records.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Works with management team and staff to update and maintain Community Link.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- No residency sponsorship available, the applicant should have their own residency in Cairo.
- Minimum 6 Years of work experience.
- Grant writing is a major part of this work, so it helps if the manager has strong writing and editing skills.
- Strong organizational skills and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of the non-profit industry knowing how other non-profit organizations are approaching similar problems.
- Proven experience as a Business Manager for a Non-profit Organization, office administrator or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Knowledge of advanced computer skills like Adobe photoshop and indesign is an advantage.
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
- BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
