Job Description

  • Manage e-commerce customer service support through effective and timely use of email, LiveChat, Phone, walk-in customer support, and social media messages.
  • Resolve inquiries and issues for e-commerce customers with a solution and satisfaction-oriented mindset.
  • Perform daily internet order management.
  • Following up on daily orders with the shipping company.
  • Handling the day to day e-commerce operations.
