Job Description
Job Scope:
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs and be prepared for it
- Develop company HR standards and regulatory rules and manage its execution.
- Link between management and employees through participating and communicating strategic direction and resolve work-related issues
- Perform difficult HR duties, including workforce planning, labor relations, total rewards, training and development
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as HR manager
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Experience in the Food Production or Food Manufacturing field is a plus.
