Job Description
Our client is a top Real Estate Developer in Egypt who is looking to hire CRM Executives (Branch Customer Service Executives) for both branches (Heliopolis & Sheikh Zayed) with the following roles:
- Handling a High Volume of Customer Service inquires in regards to account discrepancies, billing inquires and customer questions and concerns.
- Meeting clients and finding solutions for their problems
- Handling Branches Customer Service requests.
- Handling complaints/inquires and financial requests and reporting them to the Assistant Customer Service Manager.
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction at all times.
Job Requirements
- 1+ year(s) of experience in a Client Facing role. (Customer Service, Client Relations, ...)
- Excellent English language is a must
- Excellent Communication & Problem Solving skills
