Job Description
- Responsible for meeting targets and actively driving revenue growth/ increasing co. market share through managing the assigned customers during all stages of the sales process and bringing-in new customer accounts.
- Initiating the department from scratch
- Selling mainly to contractors, new projects and real estate developers.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Work to open new prospects and selling points new relations in the Market.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities.
- Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products.
- Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements and providing added value offering.
- Preparing sales reports and keeping customer records.
- Other tasks as assigned.
