Main Duties:

• Job Ads as per company requirements
  
• Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
  
• Screening CVs and filtrating
  
• Calling candidates for scheduling interviews
  
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications
  
• Maintain updated personal information on company HR software system
  
• Develop company HR standards and regulatory rules and manage its execution.
  
• Ensure successful implementation of company HR policies and rules
• Responsible for performance Appraisal and set objective smart with managers for department and follow and review with all employee
• Responsible for organize compensation and benefits for all Employee
• Responsible for handle all Employee relation issues
• Responsible for development organization chart and all polices and procedures for All hr department
• Responsible for organization development ( career path for every employees in company )
• Responsible for support for every department for make work softly
• Responsible for personnel and payroll system for every employee form A to z manual and system
• Responsible for make legal warning and handle social insurance ( prepared 1 and 6 Applications )
• Prepared job analysis and job Evaluation
