Job Description

  • Conduct market research & performing Marketing & sales plans.
  • Interview prospective clients and determine what kinds of service they are seeking.
  • Initiate telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Maintaining good relations with costumers & effectively handles clients' complaints.
  • Discuss terms & conditions of sale, closing Deals & finalizing the sale.
  • Discuss available projects & units for prospected buyers.
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase and lease agreements if needed.
  • Coordinate deal closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  • Review listings websites, trade journals, and attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about digital marketing market.
  • Achieving sales target
  • Prepare reports as required

Job Requirements

  • Arranging meetings with potential clients.
  • Preparing for appropriate presentations for clients.
  • Services appraisal & pricing negotiation with clients.
  • High communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Being active, presentable, punctual and organized.
  • Familiar with Digital Marketing, SEO, Web Design Projects.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software.
  • Proven working experience as a Digital Marketing agent or Digital Marketing salesperson
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
