Job Description

  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, traveling with the CEO to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
  • Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager

Job Requirements

  • This position is required for a leading Egyptian company catering to the E&P sector of the Oil and Gas Industry.and acts with the following requirements:
  • Females only
  • English fluency is a MUST ( German is addition )
  • Flexible to travel abroad for Business Trips
  • Experience required from 6-7 years
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Good Looking
