Job Description

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
  • Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
  • Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), internet service, and other systems.
  • Install computer peripherals for users.
  • Follow up with users to ensure issue has been resolved.
  • Implementing, Managing, and Maintaining a Microsoft® Windows® Server 2008-2012 Network Infrastructure and Active Directory.
  • Setting up monitoring, and maintaining DHCP, DNS, VPN, RDS.
  • Installing, Configuring and Administering Microsoft® Windows 7, Windows 8
  • Installing, Configuring and Administering Microsoft Windows Hyper-V
