Job Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), internet service, and other systems.
- Install computer peripherals for users.
- Follow up with users to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Implementing, Managing, and Maintaining a Microsoft® Windows® Server 2008-2012 Network Infrastructure and Active Directory.
- Setting up monitoring, and maintaining DHCP, DNS, VPN, RDS.
- Installing, Configuring and Administering Microsoft® Windows 7, Windows 8
- Installing, Configuring and Administering Microsoft Windows Hyper-V
