Job Description
- Be responsible for on site installation，debugging and trouble shooting of PV inverter and PV system
- Provide remote technical support and trouble shooting of PV inverter and PV system.
- Initiate engineer service manual and standard technical documents and train service agents &
- End clients in terms of installation & maintenance.
- Provide feedback of on-site information and customers’ suggestions to the company.
- Record & Fill of service records.
- Spare parts management.
- Support sales staff to develop local market.
- Other tasks may be assigned.
Job Requirements
- College degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related field.
- Good knowledge of PV inverter and PV system.
- 3 years or above working experience in service area for inverter or UPS or a related field.
- Willing to travel frequently both domestically and internationally.
- The ability to communicate in both oral and written English is essential
- Trouble shooting skills and experience on site.
