Job Description
The Portfolio Manager will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Design the portfolio and related projects and define roles and responsibilities of each project manager.
- Develop the portfolio plans as per the region, number of units, value of projects.
- Align the projects across the region.
- Ensure the monitoring and supervising on the portfolio elements.
- Identify, record and track the portfolios risks.
- Reporting the portfolios status and issue a timely reports.
- Align different project managers and the relationship managers on all portfolio updates and next steps.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience successfully managing a range of important, midsize-to-large projects with above-average levels of complexity and business criticality.
- Experience in management and implementation of projects. IT industry project management experience preferred.
- 4+ years of experience building, managing and executing a PMO function.
- Portfolio/project management training or certification including PMP is must.
- Primavera P6 Enterprise Projects Portfolio Management
- Microsoft Office Enterprise Projects Management (EPM).
