Job Description
- Using software packages, such as Microsoft office, google drive, mails to produce documents and to maintain records, spreadsheets.
- Answering incoming calls and recording the clients data.
- Devising and maintaining office systems, company emails and data transfer.
- Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
