Job Description

  • Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to employee’s issues and properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support.
  • Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure for all employees’ problems.
  • Recommend procedure/Process modifications or improvements.
  • Provide HR support to all departments as requested, including investigating employee relations complaints, answering human resources questions and following up on inquiries.
  • Administrates staff feedback programs (ESS, Skip level, Exit interviews) as per the COPC approaches.
  • Administrates ESS launch on semiannual basis, following up on achievement, generating and presenting results analysis.
  • Administrates skip level program which includes launching, conducting skip level meetings, follow up on achievements, generating and presenting results analysis.
  • Administrates exit interview program which includes conducting exit interviews reporting\escalating special cases for concerned parties for quick actions and coordinating for retention in case any, generating and presenting exit interview results.
  • Conduct HR orientation for all the new comers on Raya Holding, Raya Contact Center, RCC SOD, all the recognition programs, Salaries & benefits and the code of conduct.
  • Follow up on the newly hired checklist and assure the completion of its items according to the agreed timelines.
  • Bonding with employees to assure their wellness during the SS, PK and certification phase and get their requests and inquiries if any, and working on solving them and reporting them to concerned parties to take the appropriate action.
  • Perform other related tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in English Language
