Job Description
- To promote the social, academic, moral, physical and emotional development of each child in the safe, caring and stimulating environment of the nursery. To ensure that the curriculum is promoted and delivered within the setting and the principles adhered to. supervising the teachers, & providing the support required.
- Work with the teachers to provide high quality care and to promote and maintain high standard of good professional practice.
- Lead a program of induction training for new staff.
- Monitor and review staff performance and deployment, providing guidance, support and training, as appropriate.
