- Creating "Performance measurement" System for the Team.
- Innovate benefits and rewarding' programs for the team.
- Creating 'personalized' development & training plans.
- Any other thing he/she 'thinks' it will empower the team achieve more.
Job Requirements
You are Qualified IF You,
- Are a PEOPLE's Person. (That's number one for a reason)
- Have At least 4 Years of Proven Experience.
- Earned Proven Human Resources study.
- Hold a Bachelor Degree in Business or any related field
- Are an English language Master.
