Job Description

  • Plan, organize and control the inventory daily activities in the warehouses.
  • Manage the movement and storage of stock in the warehouse by developing, implementing and maintaining efficient standard operating processes.
  • Manage the activities of receiving products in the best possible way in terms of time, costs, productivity and warehouse space.
  • Lead activities of preparing orders and loading trucks, defining and respecting the scheduling of departures.
  • Optimizing the utilization of full warehouse storage capacity through the calculation of warehouse floor area and the assessment of the availability of space and preparing stacking/storage plans.
  • Ensure inventory is well managed through the monitoring of the quantity and quality of materials stored, carrying out random warehouse checks and producing regular stock reports and daily stock positions.
  • Identify the reason for the extra consumption of the raw material by collecting information from the production department.
  • Follow up stocks movement on ERP System (SAP).
  • Communicate and resolve any problems related to warehouse along with all concerned departments to ensure smooth work operations.
  • Ensure safety, security and quality in all processes managed.
  • Supporting all the reports and dashboard required by the management on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Improving the business quality through the work methods, procedures and business processes to achieve the value added chain by eliminating all the non-added values steps in the chain
  • Lead the Warehouse team through the planning and allocation of work. Monitor their performance standards & guides them to achieve their KPI’s.
  • Maintain a good work procedures & seeks for the best practices & continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Educational Background & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or relevant field.
  • +8 years of experience in supply chain / warehousing / inventory management (preferred in industrial/manufacturing field).
  • Hold supply chain diploma/certificate is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems.

Language & Computer Skills:

  • Fluent in English language.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems is a MUST (preferred SAP system).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
