Job Description

  • Responsible for day-to-day administration of policies and programs covering the various HR functions such as Recruitment, compensation and benefits, organization development, employee relations, training & development, compliance and other administrative functions.
  • Maintains employees records and data using HR Information system, Provides support to line management regarding the interpretation and application of policies and procedures.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Updates current and designs new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes).
  • Keeps track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).
  • Maintains the internal candidate database (e.g. updating contact information, candidates’ geographical locations, and availability for new work).
  • Prepares weekly reports to show tasks in progress, the number candidates searched, and the number of qualified candidates found.
  • Manage the performance evaluation system for the selected departments, starting with maintaining folders with the PES forms for each department, coaching staff and managers on how to fill in the form and following up on the mid-year review and annual review.
  • Take team building initiatives for the company that enhance communication and a positive team spirit.
  • Develop HR Processes & procedures for all HR activities across all the HR sub- functions.
  • Maintain the database / HRIS for all staff in the selected departments.
  • Maintain complete personnel files for all staff in the selected departments ensuring legal compliance.
  • Manage contracts for the selected departments; including managing the probation period review and the annual contract renewal.
  • Manage vacations (all types) tracking through excel file for the selected departments.
  • Conduct position evaluations, job classifications, prepare job descriptions, assess the budgetary impact of compensation decisions and provide oversight of compliance with regulations and labor laws.

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of work experience across all HR sub functions.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration preferably with a major in Human Resource Management.
  • HR Diploma Holder is a must.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources cycle and operations.
  • Ability to recognize and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
    Knowledge of using spreadsheets, word and data base. (Use of HR information system/ payroll system is a plus).
