Junior Project Manager

Reporting to the COO, the Jr. Project Manager will assist the Project Management team, as directed, with managing the design, procurement and construction efforts necessary to implement projects in Civil Infrastructure and Electromechanical works. S/He Work with the Project Management staff in development of the schedule, budget, quality, safety and communications of all assigned projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Senior Project Managers
• Develop concrete, detailed plans for a project, including the schedule and the budget
• Follow-up on Procurement, Suppliers and Subcontractors
• Monitor Project Progress and flag deviations to Management
• Report Project results
• Maintain cost control ledger and job cost statements
• Prepare invoices and expedite payments
• Estimate, prepare and negotiate Change Orders
• Write subcontract Change Orders
• Prepare bid packages and solicit and evaluate bids
• Write project procedures
• Review plans for completeness and accuracy
• Prepare Purchase Orders and Rental Agreements
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned
