Job Description

If you are a technical whizz, a master of time management, a problem solver, a reliable and extraordinary team player who work well with all levels of internal management and staff, then this is for you.

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and presentations and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Calendar management for executives
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
  • Research and consolidate data
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing guests travel logistics
  • Translation tasks as required
  • Special projects as needed
  • Provide personal support to the CEO and his family including Travel arrangements, bill payments...etc

Job Requirements

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5 years of Office Administration or Personal Assistant to Top Management

SKILLS:

  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills in ENGLISH & ARABIC
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with IT tools
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Effective interpersonal communication style particularly with Board members, executives and senior level staff
  • Passionate, enthusiastic, team player, with good judgment and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities
  • Strong ability to relate to people at all business levels
  • Presentable with high level of professionalism
