Job Description
- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
- Check the sandblasting quality of surface by matching the image.
- Look after overall responsibilities of sandblasting painting process.
- Generate reports before after sandblasting as well as after the painting process.
- Responsible for manpower handling.
- Responsible for continuous monitoring of both, sandblasting and painting process.
- Checking paint quality, quantity of each manufactured product before dispatch.
- Coordinate with the client if any changes/modification are required.
- Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
- Use paints background to evaluate raw materials for replacement and Finding out new raw materials (New vendor development)
- Finding out new raw materials (New vendor development).
- Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprint.
- Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
- Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
- Rain/guide to the new technicians and follow-ups.
- Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects.
- Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.
- Preparation of product Documentation( TDS/MSDS/ QC Sheet)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry
- Proven experience as Painting Engineer from 3 to 6 years.
- Able to use MS Word & Excel.
- Ability to compromise, persuade and negotiate with colleges.
- Good communication skills.
- Responsible, available and flexible attitude towards work
